Our retail expansion in the primary markets starts with hiring the best leaders. As an Operations Sales Manager, you will focus on operational activities to grow the business. You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experience. The dynamic energy from your leadership will increase company programs, increase sales, and set your store to exceed all expectations.
You will report to the store leader.
Your hiring location is Atlanta, Georgia, Onsite.

Your Impact
  • Perform a variety of operational activities, including scheduling, inventory management, backroom organization & store maintenance
  • Experience with 'Division of Responsibility' understanding, competent in merchandise flow processes, including inspecting and receiving new merchandise and entering data into the inventory management system
  • Manage the performance of the associates and provide feedback.
  • Assure all back areas meet company standards of cleanliness and a safe work environment

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of shipping and receiving management experience in the specialty retail industry
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS Systems
  • Lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
  • Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
