THE ROLE:
We're looking for a motivated, early-career sales professional who's ready to make an impact. As an Associate Sales Consultant (ASC), you'll work closely with a Pulmonary Sales Consultant (PSC) to expand awareness and adoption of Biodesix's lung disease diagnostic tests. You'll support existing accounts and help open new ones, gaining hands-on experience in the field of medical diagnostics.
This role is built for someone who wants to deepen their sales skills, work closely with healthcare professionals, and be part of a mission-driven team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Collaborate with PSCs to drive adoption of Biodesix products
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
  • Support customer needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Learn the science behind our diagnostics and explain it clearly to others
  • Stay organized and responsive through timely CRM updates and follow-ups

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • A track record of persistence, drive, and teamwork-whether in sales, school, sports, or elsewhere
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Grit, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience is not preferred for this role
