We're seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support quoting, RFQs, pipeline management, and sales operations activities for a growing leader in the aquatics and commercial equipment industry. Responsibilities
  • Review, route, and manage incoming RFQs from internal teams and stakeholders
  • Prepare and support customer quotes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, scope, and timelines
  • Track opportunities from RFQ through close and maintain pipeline visibility
  • Update CRM records and sales tracking systems
  • Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to support project execution
  • Provide sales support during high-volume periods

Qualifications
