Job Description
Title: Nursing - Long Term Care
Schedule: Varied shift scheduling of 8-hour shifts: Days 0730 - 1530, Evenings 1500 - 2330, and Nights 2300 - 0730, including weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation may be required.
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not guaranteed
Requirements:
- Must possess an active State of HI license by the start of the assignment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and treatments as required.
- Administer medications and notify medical staff of pertinent information.
- Assist with admissions and discharges.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Care for gastrostomy tubes and urinary catheters.
- Perform nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care.
Compliance / Notes:
- Must arrive the Thursday before start to attend employee health appointment on Friday.
