Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions.
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
