Talent Acquisitions Recruiter - High Volume (Contract – 6 to 8 Weeks)

  • Location: REMOTE (Should reside in the EAST COAST, US)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Eastern Time Zone)

We are seeking experienced, energetic Recruiters to join a fast-paced, high-volume hiring project supporting one of the nation's leading retail workforce organizations.

This is a full-time, on-site contract assignment with the potential for future project opportunities based on performance.

What You'll Be Recruiting For

You will be recruiting high-volume retail positions, including:

  • Area Managers
  • Retail Sales Associates
  • Customer Service Representatives
  • Merchandising Associates
  • Wireless Sales Representatives
  • Store Support Staff

Recruiting efforts will support nationally recognized retail brands across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms
  • Screen applicants by phone and assess qualifications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates
  • Manage multiple openings simultaneously
  • Meet aggressive hiring goals and project deadlines
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity
  • Work closely with the recruiting team and project leadership

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting experience required
  • High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Retail, staffing agency, call center, hospitality, or customer service recruiting experience is a major plus
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Proficient with Indeed and Microsoft Office
