  • Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate treatment plans effectively.
  • Handle medical billing processes and insurance verification for patient accounts.
  • Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming for patients and staff alike.
Requirements:
