Yannios Real Estate Investment Sales offers a collaborative environment where real estate professionals can grow their careers while contributing to client success.

Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Wakefield, MA, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and engage potential buyers and sellers, conduct property showings, and provide guidance on investment opportunities and transaction processes. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing listing agreements and purchase contracts, performing comparative market analyses, and managing each deal from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other parties. The agent will also update listings, leverage CRM tools, and participate in team meetings and local networking activities to grow business.
