About the Role


The Broward County Tax Collector’s Office is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Legal Department. In this role, you will help strengthen compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across our operations. You’ll perform audits, recommend process improvements, and work across departments to ensure procedures meet statutory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that products and services meet regulatory standards, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop, conduct, and oversee regular quality assurance audits, reporting, and system implementation to ensure compliance with statutes, codes, and internal procedures.
  • Reviewing current practices and make necessary modifications to align with regulations.
  • Maintain documentation, prepare reports, conduct investigations, and train team members in best practices that align with regulations and compliance related issues.
  • Lead smaller projects and support large-scale process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend solutions for improved accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
  • Provide guidance on complex issues and collaborate across departments to streamline processes.
  • Perform testing and validation for tax roll, tax sale, and billing processes.
  • Support reconciliation and process complex tax transactions.
Requirements:Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, auditing, or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Tax Collector’s Office transactions and software a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license.
