About the Roleย 

Employee Navigator is looking for an Associate QA Analyst to be a part of ourย HRย team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the EN application's integration with partners, particularly around benefits and payroll plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation and in-depth knowledge of the Employee Navigator application, with the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of benefits, plans, and their specific requirements.ย 

Here's What You'll Do Day to Day:ย 

  • Apply a QA mindset and creative thinking to uncover defectsย 
  • Collaborate daily withย product andย developers to align on requirements, review implementation, and address issuesย 
  • Leverage QA experience and product knowledge to review and refine requirementsย 
  • Contribute to QA team development through collaboration and knowledge sharingย 
  • Leverage QA experience and product knowledge to test new features, enhancements and bug fixes. Focus areas include:ย 
    • Workflow testingย fromย company setup to employee appย for various user rolesย 
    • Company:ย Employee, Tasks,ย ACA,ย Wall, Reports, PTO, Class Structure, Company Switchย 
    • Licensee/Broker, Licensee Switchย 
    • Partnerย 
  • Attend and actively contribute to huddles, lunch and learns and demosย 
  • Capturing testย cases in our test management suiteย 
  • Utilize strong deduction and troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and clearly communicate issuesย 
  • Fully comprehend features and changes to effectively validate fixes and uncover defectsย 

Minimum Requirements:ย 

  • 1+ years of experience working at EN within the EN app working out of either EN's Frederick or SLC office
  • Good knowledge of EN app inย HR and Partnerย 
  • Understand various rolesย (i.e. Licensee, HR,ย partner invited user), responsibilitiesย andย respectiveย permissionsย 
  • ACA Knowledge is a plusย 
  • Willingness to learn different technical techniques and testing toolsย 
  • Understanding HTTP methods, requests, and responsesย 
  • Clear and concise communicatorย
