The Role

You are an early-career QA professional with a passion for learning and an eagerness to grow within software quality assurance.You'recurious, analytical, and detail-oriented - someone who takes pride in ensuring that technology works seamlessly. You enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and collaborating with others in an agile environment.


This is an on-site role based in our office, as it requires regular hands-on access to the lab,hardwareand other testing equipment that cannot be effectively supported in a remote environment.

In this role,you'll


  • Execute manual and automated tests tovalidatefunctionality, performance, and usability.
  • Support test planning, design, and execution within agile sprints.
  • Assistinidentifying, documenting, and tracking software defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.
  • Learn and apply automation tools and frameworks under the guidance of senior QA engineers.


Experience & Qualifications


  • 1+yearof experience in software testing or automation (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Ruby).
  • Basic understanding of Agile development and Continuous Integration principles.
  • Experience with defect management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • A good levelof written and spoken English is essential, and Spanish language skills would be a significant advantage, particularly when supporting customers and collaborating with teams across LATAM region.
  • Good communicationand teamwork abilities.
  • Exposure to retail systems.
  • Awareness of industry tools and concepts -e.g.Jenkins, Git/Gerrit, JMeter, Appium, Perfecto.
  • Interest in performance, security, or accessibility testing.
  • Active engagement in professional learning - webinars, meetups, or online communities.
