A Project Manager is responsible for managing and documenting the process flow of a project from start to finish, ensuring that work proceeds in a timely manner, within agreed upon pricing, and meets specifications, while maintaining customer and vendor relations throughout the life of a project. Duties include upholding the use of quality materials and procedures, adhering to budgets to complete tasks or purchase materials and reviewing contracts to make sure that current practices align with the customer's/Capital's expectations.
  • Customer Service: Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customer needs, wants and expectations. Respond to customers with a sense of urgency and ensure commitments are met.
  • Financial Responsibility: Pursue financial goals by seeing and seizing opportunity, making profitable business decisions, and controlling operational costs
  • Project Management: Manage the process flow of a project from start to finish
  • Project Documentation: Document the process flow of a project from start to finish.
  • Problem Solving: Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
