Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing person to join our team.  As a technical administrative assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive person who enjoys helping customers and collaborating with team members, we’d love to have you grow with us.  Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments/service calls, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.   
Responsibilities 
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as reading and responding to emails, answering phones, scheduling service calls, and updating and organizing inventory.
  • Triage customer support calls, resolve if possible, or assign to other team members if necessary.
  • Report to Director of Operations for daily updates and issues requiring attention.
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
  •  Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
  • Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting skills.
    • Bookkeeping skills would be nice but not necessary
  • Work with clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Build various IT related contracts for customers
  • Work with service providers when there are customer issues

Qualifications
  • We are an IT/Communications company so a basic understanding of IT and Phone systems would be a benefit.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and multitask
  • Experience in troubleshooting basic computer and printer issues
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
