Job description

Bay Advanced Technologies, an Applied Industrial Technologies company, is seeking an experienced Program Manage to manage projects and programs related to new product builds, continuous improvement, and operations/business strategy across cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects through the initiation, planning and execution phases while monitoring performance to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Communicate project/program status updates upward and downward through the organization and to external customers in a timely manner while escalating key issues and driving solutions.
• Develop project plan, scope, budget, schedule and other project documents as required.
• Act as the primary interface between Operations, Sales and the customer while driving closure on technical and operational issues.
• Direct resource allocation and production schedules to ensure operations readiness.
• Collaborate with the Materials team and interface with vendors to manage material availability and improve supply chain responsiveness.
• Analyze underperforming processes to identify operational pain points and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage continuous improvement projects to scale operations through automation, tooling and system enhancements.
• Lead initiatives to improve project management methodologies and implement industry best practices within the Operations organization.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in program management in a manufacturing environment, process engineering,
product development or supply chain management.
• Project Management: demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to analyze issues and drive resolution at both tactical and strategic levels.
• Technical skills in process improvement, new product introduction, quality control and costing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $92,000 to $110,000 (Base plus Incentive) depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities. This position is an Hourly, Non-Exempt position. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed. All full-time associates are eligible for typical employment benefits expected from an industry leader (including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, life insurance, time off, employee assistance, etc.).
