Job description

The Program Coordinator for Conflict Transformation Collaborative manages everyday operations by providing administrative and technical support to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with college administrative procedures. The coordinator is expected to manage multiple processes for the Director and Project Manager.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47 - $29.02 per hour. This is a term appointment with an anticipated start date of August 2026 and an anticipated end date of December 21, 2028.
Full consideration will be given to applications received by May 22, 2026.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage public-facing office functions, including communication with numerous off-site constituents and ongoing revisions to website and social media.
  • Manage multiple processes for the Executive Director and Project Manager
  • Supports unit administration, including payment requests, office supplies, record keeping, and submitting expenses
  • Coordinates operational aspects of Collaborative-organized events, such as convenings, symposia, conferences, leadership meetings, and similar occasions.
  • Assist colleagues with maintaining databases, processing, grants, and fellowships
  • Contributes to the Collaborative's internal and external reporting, on request.
  • Maintains confidentiality around all aspects of the Collaborative's work including programming costs, compensation, discussions of collaboration strategy and partnerships
  • Reports to the Conflict Transformation Collaborative Executive Director

Requirements
  • Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to collaborate and work independently.
  • Ability to remain flexible and open to the unpredictable.
  • Values diverse and inclusive educational environments.
  • Understanding of computer applications Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive programs, and Adobe. Knowledge of basic web editing software (e.g. Drupal) or willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of using social media in workplace settings or willingness to learn.
  • At least 3 years of related experience required

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
