Job Summary
Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for an Operations Associate to help us build and track inventory, pick up and drop off product between vendors and our Southern California locations, as well as supporting our overall inventory supply chain. This will be an on-site, back-of-house role out of our Venice Beach warehouse location.
This position reports directly to our Operations Manager and will be integral to the success and growth of the company. Ideal candidates are reliable, personable, understand the importance of organization and attention to detail, have the desire for physical work, and have the ability to work autonomously. You will be working both with product and data to help maintain the accuracy of inventory systems supporting all of our stores.
Responsibilities
  • Sort, scan, tag, pack, restock, and ship (when needed) merchandise and orders.
  • Receive and process incoming orders and ensure they are accurately recorded in inventory management systems.
  • Perform regular cycle counts of inventory and complete inventory reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock levels as necessary.
  • Assist with responding to customer service inquiries and online return.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist in loading and unloading vehicles when needed.
  • Occasional driving for pick-ups and drop-offs may be needed.

*This job works in a garage-like setting, but does not require you to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment to move items within the warehouse area.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in an operational role supporting supply chain, inventory management, merchandising, or related field, highly desired.
  • Shopify experience a huge plus.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with clean driving record, required.
  • Must be willing to work as a part of a team and collaborate effectively.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

Typical work hours may vary, but would typically be between 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. 1 weekend shift per week is required.
Job Types: Full-time
Hourly Range: $20-$22
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
