Job Description As a Sales Fulfillment Associate/Operations Associate, you will play the vital role of coordinating behind-the-scenes to ensure our projects are delivered successfully.  You will be responsible in the sales fulfillment process -- from the time the sales estimate is accepted by the customer to the completion of the project -- by collaborating with internal teams across the organizations.   Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:   Essential Functions                      * Process order entry, sales invoices, returns, and purchases accurately based on standards established by supervisor * Ensure data integrity of all customer order and related data within the ERP system and other systems * Collaborate with other team members and/or outsourcing team member(s) in operation tasks. * Strive to increase skill level in order to improve efficiency and accuracy * Building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal team members and external business partners * Manage and monitor WIP, BC and Autotask data * Participate in mandatory training.       Minimum Qualifications    * 1-3 years customer service experience, operations, accounting or related experience * Time Management; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Friendly, empathetic and considerate when communicating with others * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy * Outstanding customer service skills * Associate degree in Accounting or related field, and computer proficiency including  Excel/ Word
