  • Block A: Saturday - Tuesday (ends Wednesday morning), 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM PST/PDT

Responsibility
  • Learn and understand novel electro-mechanical hardware systems and operations
  • Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned overnight shifts
  • Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues
  • Execute problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts
  • Restart hardware systems or escalate issues to senior engineering staff as needed

  • Provide weekend and flexible shift coverage, including filling in for team absences or vacations as needed

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support roles
  • Basic technical aptitude; prior experience with dashboards or similar systems is a plus
  • Experience working overnight shifts or in similar roles is an advantage but not required
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software systems and technology
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills

At Mainspring, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, flexible, and collaborative environment, so if you want to help us transition the world to clean and affordable electricity, and don't meet all posted requirements for a particular role, we'd still love to hear from you. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
This compensation and benefits information is based on Mainspring Energy's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
