The manager oversees global projects, implements transformational change, and monitors program effectiveness to support continuous improvement. By providing guidance on policies and fostering collaboration, this position contributes to operational excellence and long-term business success while maintaining compliance and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity.
About the team:
The Tooling Operations team partners with operations, process improvement, product, and engineering groups to implement guided workflow tools supporting Marketplace Seller Support, Performance, and Risk teams. Focused on enhancing operational efficiency, the team ensures consistent triage and decision-making for Risk Operations. Leveraging emerging technologies and automation, they conduct validation testing, analyze workflow performance, and drive enhancements. By continuously evaluating tooling outcomes and associate feedback, the team shapes the product enhancement roadmap, contributing to improved experiences for associates and sellers. Collaboration and data-driven insights are central to achieving key business objectives effectively.
