Performance Foodservice is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Will Call Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and customer pickup process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, helping customers, and being a key part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

As a Will Call Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, warehouse associates, and office personnel by:

  • Assisting customers picking up orders at our will call window
  • Coordinating paperwork and documentation associated with customer pickups
  • Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, drivers, and associates
  • Entering and maintaining information accurately in company computer systems
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and related documents
  • Assisting with internal Cash & Carry operations as needed
  • Helping ensure a smooth, efficient flow of information and product throughout the facility
  • Supporting other operational and customer service functions as business needs require

· High School graduate/GED
· 6 Months – 1 Year Order selection and/or warehouse related work experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Proficiency using computers and standard office equipment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
