Position Overview

The Director of National Accounts is responsible for driving new business growth by developing and securing national and regional multi-site commercial contracts for landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance services. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, managing sales opportunities, and supporting the full business development process from lead generation through contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multi-site commercial clients nationwide using OneTeam 365 ideal client profile mapping
  • Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Support expansion of national accounts within industries such as retail, industrial, logistics, healthcare, restaurant, and commercial real estate
  • Collaborate with operations and vendor management teams to ensure service capabilities align with client expectations and pricing requirements
  • Participate in RFP responses, client presentations, and onboarding of new accounts
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, client activity, and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and proactive account support
  • Represent OneTeam 365 at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade associations
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments within landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance services
