The Regional Brand Marketing Manager (5E) is responsible for leading the execution of brand marketing strategies and managing budgets across the assigned region. This role partners closely with internal teams to translate national initiatives into impactful regional and local plans. The Regional Brand Marketing Manager (5E) serves as a key liaison for regional sales leadership and marketing partners, provides critical local market insights to support activation efforts, communicate execution progress, and performance to leadership, and ensures successful execution of scalable and impactful programs across the region.

Candidates for the Regional Brand Marketing Manager (5E)  position must reside in Wisconsin. This position is home-office based, with travel required as needed.


  • Regional Brand Marketing Execution:
    • Lead the execution of regional brand marketing initiatives aligned with national priorities and business objectives. Translate national strategies into actionable, locally relevant plans and ensure programs are delivered consistently and on brand across assigned markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Partner with regional sales leadership, marketing peers, and agency partners to align marketing execution with sales priorities. Coordinate timing, resources, and support while facilitating clear communication and effective adaptation of national programs for effective regional execution.
  • Regional Program Activation, Optimization and Communication:
    • Oversee execution quality and results across assigned region. Analyze performance data and local insights to identify optimization opportunities, assess agencyled programs and events, communicate progress and results, and ensure teams are enabled with standardized tools and processes.
  • People Leadership and Team Management:
    • Manage and develop Associate Managers of Brand Marketing. Set priorities, provide coaching and performance feedback, and ensure teams are equipped to deliver effective grassroots, community, and field marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 4+ years of brand marketing, event planning, or sales experience.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

 Other Qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications.
  • Experience in brand development, innovation, and project management.
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing communications, planning, and execution.
  • Strong people management skills, including remote team oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, financial analysis, and quantitative decision
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.
  • Located within a strategic market in assigned region.
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% to 35% of the time.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable execution plans.
