Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and execution-oriented strategist to help shape, test, and scale value initiatives acrossthe Arby'sbrand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in test-and-learn environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business performance.

The Associate Manager, Brand Experience Value will play a critical role in driving profitable growth for Arby's and its Franchisees by helping define and execute the brand's value strategy. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization, bringing rigor to how value opportunities are prioritized, tested, measured, and scaled. The role requires balancing guest needs, franchisee economics, competitive dynamics, and operational feasibility toidentifyand implement value solutions that drive traffic, frequency, and long-term brand health.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field

Professional Experience:
3-5 years in strategy, analytics, brand marketing, consulting, revenue management, or test-and-learnenvironments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and management of a structured value roadmap,identifyingopportunities that drive traffic, frequency, guest acquisition, retention, and profitability.

  • Leadsend-to-end market testing of value initiatives, including test design, KPI development, success criteria, performance measurement, and post-test recommendations.

  • Synthesizesconsumer, operational, financial, and competitive data to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Partners closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Culinary, Supply Chain, Digital, Loyalty, Analytics, and Franchise stakeholders toalign onvalue strategies and execution plans.

  • Identifieswhitespace opportunities andquantifiesthe potential business impact through analysis of consumer behaviors, competitive activity, transaction drivers, and market trends.

  • Developsbusiness cases and strategic recommendations that balance guest valueperception, franchisee profitability, and operational execution.

  • Supports commercialization planning by translating test learnings into actionable rollout strategies and implementation plans.

  • Monitors initiative performance and recommends optimizations based on business results, consumer feedback, and operational insights.

  • Brings rigor and consistency to value planning methodologies, measurement frameworks, and decision-making processes.

  • Develops clear, concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership review and decision making.
