Position Summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. is growing its residential portfolio and is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable apartment communities.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in Property Management; Regional Property Manager Experience a must.

Experience working in affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8 required

New construction/Rehab experience preferred.

Employee development and training experience

Budgeting and financial reporting

Yardi Voyager Experience preferred

Third party management experience a plus

CPM/COS/TCS/HCCP certification or equivalent
