Job description

Manager On Duty (Mod)/Front Desk Associate

The Mod is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the club during shift hours. Will support/enforce club policies and quality control. It is essential for the Mod to ensure a high level of hospitality service presentation and visibility to members. Will provide leadership, direction, and support to all departments. Regularly communicates with Mod Manager on maintenance, operational, and club activities.

· Greet members and guests, checking in members, answering and directing incoming phone calls.

· Providing accurate information regarding all areas of club.

· Handle program registrations and program information.

· Monitor club policies and procedures.

· Deliver exceptional customer service.

· Assists with helping any department of the club when needed.

· Responds to member questions using extensive knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.

· Responsible for the overall operation and safety of the club during their shift.

· Responsible for making sure that all programs and services that are being provided to members and guests are operating properly.

· Responsible for communicating with all departments of the club and making them aware that you are the manager on duty during your shift.

· Responsible for making rounds throughout the club during their shift on a regular basis.

· If working the evening shift, the Mod is responsible for making sure that all exterior doors are locked and secured at the end of the shift. If working the evening shift, the Mod is responsible for making sure that the building is empty of members and communicating with clean team that they are leaving and all doors are secured.

· The Mod is responsible for handling all emergency situations and facilitating proper protocol regarding first aid and CPR when necessary.

· Responsible for overall building operations.

· Must be current CPR certified.
