Job Description: The Workforce Management (WFM) Associate is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio including managing their business units time and attendance, on-boarding, off-boarding, and ensuring the units staff needs are met. Under the general direction of the Manager/Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), the WFM Associate works closely with Delivery Services, HRBPs and managers, to ensure staffing needs are met inclusive of the approval of overtime, leaves, etc. Plans, develops and implements work force management strategies and solutions including process reviews to assess and to address scheduling services through discussions with internal and external parties. The WFM will provide support to the HRBP ensuring timely HR services such as employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labor relations are accessible by operational leaders.

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
  • Human Resources diploma
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in business

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
