  • Managing sales team; floor management

  • Scheduling: ensuring provincial legislative requirements met
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Sales forecasting and ensuring targets are met (volume, value added products and services,
  • Evaluating and managing daily, weekly, monthly quarterly sales reports
  • Performance management and developing action plans
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are met
  • Managing daily operations within the store
  • Ensuring general safety and security of store and employees
  • Shopping the competition
  • Daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Preparation and management of sales promotions and contests
  • Other duties as assigned
