Our global business is growing rapidly so we are recruiting Associates (1-4 years’ experience) across our teams in New York.

Associates play a vital role providing a world class service to our candidates and clients in all the countries and markets in which we operate.

Associates take part in a robust onboarding and development program to ensure they are well equipped to work collaboratively and effectively with a range of colleagues, and develop a successful career in recruitment.

What you will do

  • Engage with, and cultivate a candidate network – developing your own personal brand and reputation within your market
  • Support colleagues with the execution of projects mandated by clients – taking ownership at critical stages of the process
  • Play a lead role in defining and executing search strategies
  • Identify, approach and engage with candidates for specific requirements using a range of research tools and methodologies
  • Keep up to date with market trends and developments. Updating relevant team members when appropriate
  • Develop and execute on a range of talent attraction strategies
  • Build and develop your career in recruitment benefiting from training and development opportunities which allow you to progress rapidly within our business

Basic qualifications

  • 1-4 years’ experience in a recruitment environment (ideally executive search)
  • Professional approach to work and a self-starter
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
  • Strong desire to build a career in recruitment with some knowledge of the industry
  • Ability to deliver on numerous tasks at any one time and prioritise effectively
  • The appropriate authorisation to work in the US without visa sponsorship
