Make an impact supporting the Defense Logistics Agency! Lynch Consultants isย seekingย a Financial Management Consultantย with a solid understanding of financial operations, analysis and client support. This is a tremendous opportunity to serve as Lynch Consultants' lead client representative onsite in New Cumberland, PA, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Thisย is a role for someone who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference.ย This isn't just another consulting positionโ€”it's an opportunity to influence outcomes that matter.

Salary:ย $89,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Location and Schedule:

  • This positionย is located inย New Cumberland, PA.ย Associatesโ€ฏare required toย beย on-site at the DLA New Cumberland location daily.ย 

Required Qualifications โ€“ Must Have:

  • MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, economics,ย or a related field.
  • MUST have at leastย 6ย years of relevantย experience in an accounting, finance, consulting, or a related role.ย 
  • MUST have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Public Trust clearanceย and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).ย 

Preferredย Qualifications:

  • Experience with G-Invoicing (GINV) and/or Federal Government ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BIย or similar data visualization and reporting tools.ย 
  • Experience with FIAR/ Audit readiness initiatives within the Federal Government.
  • Experienceย developingย training materials.
  • Understanding of reimbursable intergovernmental transactions.
  • Experience providing end-user support or help desk support.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ย 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word, PowerPoint).ย
