These positions often involve basic tasks, support functions, and on-the-job training under the supervision of more experienced staff. The 'L1' stands for 'Level 1,' indicating the initial rung on the career ladder within a specific department or organization. Associates at this level are expected to learn company processes, contribute to team goals, and develop foundational skills. Advancement to higher levels is possible with experience and demonstrated performance.
