Job description

The Role:
We're looking for full-time support in our warehouse department to ensure accurate, efficient product handling, order fulfillment, shipment loading and unloading, and organized, safe warehouse environments. The warehouse associate L1 supports daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material replenishment for all company locations. The position requires strong consistency, attention to detail, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the daily/weekly pickup and delivery of products in alignment with production and purchasing needs.
  • Prioritize and process order shipments at the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
  • Support physical inventory counts, replenishment, and warehouse organization.
  • Run pick lists and assist with shipping processes across all CHC warehouse areas, including Aisle A/ Pre-Prodcution.
  • Replenish materials into production to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Perform loading, packing, and general warehouse duties to support daily operations.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) with accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing the warehouse and workflows ahead of company peak seasons.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and all safety procedures.
  • Use downtime proactively to support additional warehouse and production needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency with MAS, DCSC, and shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS Click-N-Ship, etc).
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues (e.g., ASNs, picklists, shipping errors).

Physical Qualifications: Due to the nature of the work, this position requires the following:

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching with hands and arms
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, operating tools, or using machinery
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Visual acuity required for detailed inspection and screen-based work
  • Must be able to see, hear, and respond to safety signals and equipment sounds
  • Verbal communication is required for meetings, team coordination, and safety protocols
  • Work is performed in a warehouse or production environment with exposure to dust, loud noises, and occasional chemical substances
  • Primarily an indoor role, with environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing or distribution setting
