At KMA Law Office, we are seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Associate to join our growing team. Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a performance-based bonus structure as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This is primarily an in-office position, with limited remote flexibility available at the firm's discretion and based on business needs.

Responsibilities
โข Creating personalized and thorough Estate Plans tailored to each client's needs
โข Handling all aspects of probate matters efficiently and effectively
โข Collaborating with Financial Planners, CPAs, and Insurance Agents to provide comprehensive services
โข Taking ownership of a client's case from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process
โข Supervising and guiding legal support team members involved in production and delivery
โข Demonstrating self-motivation in managing cases independently
โข Thriving on daily interactions with clients
โข Developing and implementing strategies to secure a brighter future for clients

Qualifications
โข Must hold a valid membership in the Maryland State Bar in good standing
โข Requires at least 4 years of proven experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
โข Proficiency in research and writing is essential
โข Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
โข Excellent organizational abilities are a must
โข Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a full caseload
