Job Summary:
DensityAI is a company focused on AI technologies, and they are seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to manage IT support for their office and remote teams. The role involves endpoint provisioning, account management, and developing AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day IT support for our Mountain View office and remote team - endpoint provisioning, account management, helpdesk, and onboarding automation
• Use and develop AI-assisted tool flows to accelerate support workflows and self-service
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong fundamentals in macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoint support
• 1+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or sysadmin experience (internships count)
• Hands-on with identity providers (Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, or equivalent) and SSO / MFA flows
• Comfort with shell scripting, basic networking, and command-line troubleshooting
Preferred:
• Endpoint management (Intune, Jamf)
• Ansible / scripting automation
