This position will support Prescott's Inc.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for verifying, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory through daily cycle counts, system transactions, and physical inspections. This role supports both internal operations and external customer orders, ensuring all materials are handled, documented, and shipped according to company standards and quality protocols.

This position plays a key role in ensuring that all parts and materials are properly received, stored, and distributed to support repair and production activities. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment where quality and compliance are essential.

This position will be worked onsite at our facility in Monument, CO.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs cycle counts daily to verify quantities in NetSuite.
  • Enter cycle counts into NetSuite.
  • Performs spot checks of counts based on orders.
  • Receives parts internally for finished goods.
  • Receives parts returned from the field.
  • Verifies all parts for finished goods have the correct completed paperwork.
  • Packaging parts for storage in finished goods.
  • Ensuring that all PCBs are stored in anti-static bags.
  • Helping individuals locate parts when requested.
  • Ensuring all physical movements of parts are transacted correctly in NetSuite.
  • Verifying order quantities
  • Visually inspecting parts before fulfilling orders or interdepartmental requests.
  • Picking parts from finished goods for orders.
  • Verifying Quality Control Documents have been completed at time of picking.
  • Complete any applicable quality control documents.
  • Pack shipments in a manner that allows them to arrive safely.
  • Ship packages in accordance with the shipping guidelines.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment (GMP medical manufacturing experience preferred).
  • Proficient in computer use and data entry; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • High accuracy in counting, tracking, and comparing parts and documents.
  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to make sound decisions when assessing part quality or documentation completeness.
  • Capable of working independently and maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
  • This position operates in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, and handle parts. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

  • Work schedule is either Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, or Tuesday – Friday 7am-6pm
