Inventory Associate, Warehouse

Location: 1844 Nelson Road, Longmont CO 80501

Shift: 6am-4:00pm - Monday-Thursday, 6am - 11am Friday

Full-time, permanent. Eligible for benefits and a bonus

Position Overview:

As an inventory associate, you will be helping to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Specifically, we need you to:

  • Pull and kit upcoming job material, transact within Epicor (ERP) and deliver to the manufacturing team

  • Maintain inventory accuracy via daily cycle counts

  • Receive vendor shipments and complete all associated Epicor transactions

  • Make sure that equipment and workplace cleanliness are exceptional

  • Complete other projects as assigned by your supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull and kit upcoming job material, transact within Epicor (ERP)

  • Maintain inventory accuracy via daily cycle counts

  • Receive vendor shipments, complete all required Epicor transactions

  • Interact with employees on different teams, supervisor, and manager. Some external contact with couriers.

  • Update Excel tracking documents

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Inventory experience and/or warehouse experience. Internal employees must have at least 6 months to qualify

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, primarily Excel

  • Demonstrated English with written and verbal correspondence skills

  • Equipment experience and/or license/certification in reach truck and other warehouse equipment is strongly preferred; however, training will be provided if the candidate selected is willing to learn

  • Familiarity with Epicor (ERP) is a bonus

Physical Demands:

  • May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.

  • May stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.

  • May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

  • Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.

  • May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.

  • Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
