Job description

Night Auditor Position

Join our team as a Night Auditor responsible for reconciling daily financial transactions and providing overnight guest services. This position suits detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working independently during late-night hours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process late check-ins and early check-outs
  • Reconcile and balance daily transactions
  • Prepare nightly audit reports for management
  • Ensure guest safety during overnight hours
  • Handle guest requests or emergencies professionally

Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11PM and 7AM.

Requirements include:

  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Hotel experience is preferred, not required.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
