Job description

Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Analystin our INTEL Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). Primary Responsibilities:
The Project Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a projects' execution. This entails focus to detail on specific project deliverables and first level stakeholder needs and expectations. The Project Analyst will be responsible for ensuring project milestones are meet through ongoing communication with all stakeholders and maintaining a project based schedule. You will be responsible for developing Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM)s per project received with the assistance of team members and will be responsible for developing spend plans per project and execute burn plans for the stakeholders. Communication with the customer to ensure all needed gaps and requirements are identified and how those will be met is a key component to this position. You will be responsible for identifying risks and creating risk mitigation plans as needed.
The Project Analyst position will be local to Crane, Indiana and will be a hybrid schedule with 50% being in the office and remote.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree - preferred at least 2+ years of experience
  • Must be a US CITIZEN and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience leading projects from initiation through completion
  • Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead meetings and assign/coordinate team responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of DTIC contracts
