ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and were a tight-knit team of three who truly enjoy working together. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in advertising and media sales management running radio stations, TV shows, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. I made the move into insurance because I wanted to make a bigger impact and take care of people in a more meaningful way every single day.
Giving back is important to us, and we stay involved locally through initiatives like supporting a local athlete each week, Chatham Kids Matters, Ronald McDonald House, and breast cancer awareness efforts. We also love supporting small businesses in our community.
For our team, we offer two weeks of PTO, licensing reimbursement, and an amazing holiday schedule with all government holidays plus extra time off around major weekends and holidays. We also keep things fun with perks like coffee runs and lunches throughout the week, and when our team hits weekly life app goals during the spring, we close at 3pm on Fridays.
Our culture is warm, family-oriented, and welcoming our office even feels more like a cozy, shabby-chic living room than a typical workplace. If youre looking for a supportive team environment where youre treated like family and encouraged to enjoy the work you do, youll feel right at home here.
