Description
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing customer incentive programs, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, reporting, and credit issuance. It involves monitoring program performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance effectiveness. The position supports dealer enrollment and status tracking, while collaborating with suppliers and third-party vendors to secure compliant program data. Additionally, it requires producing ad hoc reports, visualizing trends, and delivering insights to field staff to drive growth of the associate dealer base.
This is an onsite position located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Job Responsibilities
  • New dealer enrollment and provide status updates
  • Work with IT to set up and maintain data feeds. Provide suppliers with reporting
  • Provide field staff tools to grow associate dealer base and increase compliance of existing dealers
  • Optimize programs/promotions by measuring effectiveness and implementing refinements
  • Track budget and take steps to ensure the program is cost neutral and fund usage is optimal
  • Maintain an active list of all T3 dealers and track program status

Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective on-boarding of new T3 customers
  • Take actions to retain and grow the T3 dealer base
  • Respond to promotion inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor vendor usage reports to drive program effectiveness and communicate with the field
  • Strive for excellence on key indicators of the program
  • Launch enhancements identified through competitive research

Continued Responsabilities
  • Continually analyze the effectiveness of each program component and recommend changes
  • Complete an annual survey of T3 dealers.
  • Lead development of a T3 Video and BDM training module and other communication/education tools
  • Work with Director of Marketing to create proposals, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships
  • Program tracking and payout calculation
  • Ensure credits are accurate and issued in a timely manner.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet project timetables
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business field
  • Min 2+ years of related work experience in a related environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish /English is a plus
