SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst Associate to assist with many aspects of supporting our purchasing and project management teams. This position will sit in Panama City, Florida.

Job Description:

  • Purchasing
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and evaluating program metrics and performance to identify system trends, overcome obstacles and find opportunities for improvement
  • Credit card purchasing through online sources as well as working with commercial vendors & manufacturers
  • Tracking of purchases and funds
  • Data Entry
  • Working with vendors of all types
  • Entering Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions
  • Attending weekly status report meetings
  • Assist with outgoing shipments & incoming deliveries
  • Not a remote position/ must be on-site
  • As well as other duties as instructed by management

Education and Experience:
