Job description

1. Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Affairs (GA) Support Associate to manage corporate assets and ensure an optimal working environment for our employees. This role requires a professional who can strictly implement security guidelines, manage facilities with precision, and collaborate closely with HR to maximize organizational efficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Facility & Asset Management
    • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
    • Maintain and manage company vehicles, including maintenance scheduling.
    • Manage of the office furniture, breakroom equipment.
  • Event & Welfare Support
    • Plan and execute internal and external corporate events
    • Executive Protocol
    • Purchasing for Event
  • Expense Management
    • Process and report on general affairs expenses (utilities, rentals, Office supply etc.).
    • Manage vendors and support new vendor sourcing and contract negotiations.

3. Qualifications

  • Experience: Preferred +3years of experience in General Affairs or Administrative Support.
  • Education: Over High school Diploma
  • Core Competencies:
    • Detail-Oriented: Ability to meticulously manage even small assets
    • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other teams
    • Proactive Attitude: Ability to identify a lot of needs before issues arise.
  • Technical Skills: Preferred Proficiency in MS Office.

4. Preferred Skills

  • Bi-lingual (English/Korean): Ability to communicate fluently for corporate reporting and local vendor management.
