Job description

The Broiler Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a poultry farm that raises broiler chickens (meat birds). The role focuses on bird health, production efficiency, facility management, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, or related field preferred

Experience
  • Poultry or livestock farming experience (often 2-5+ years)
  • Supervisory or farm management experience preferred
