Under the general direction of the Senior Environmental Planner (SEP), the Associate Environmental Planner (AEP) is responsible for ensuring the most complex or difficult grants in the Division of Land Resource Protection (DLRP), Multi-benefit Land Repurposing Program (MLRP), and Climate Smart Land Management Program (CSLMP) are implemented in accordance with State environmental, social, and economic planning objectives, as well as program design, program implementation and monitoring, environmental policy research, grant management and strategic planning for DLRP.
