Join the team at Adecco! We are hiring immediately for Bottle Painter / Production Artist positions with a leading local client in Napa, CA. These essential roles play a critical part in a creative production environment, offering a dynamic and hands-on work experience.

About the Role:

As a Bottle Painter / Production Artist, you will be responsible for decorating bottles through various artisanal techniques such as masking, etching, painting, and cleaning. You'll also support the packaging process, including boxing, storage, inventory tracking, and handling fragile products to ensure quality and efficiency. This role provides an opportunity to develop your skills in a creative industry while contributing to a specialized production process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Decorate bottles using masking, etching, and painting techniques

· Assist in cleaning and preparing bottles for decoration

· Manage packing and storage of finished products, ensuring proper handling of fragile items

· Track inventory and facilitate movement of products within the production area

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· At least 1 year of relevant production experience, including basic painting with oil-based enamel paint, etching, and finishing techniques

· Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

· Proficiency with standard measurements and basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)

· Ability to read and interpret safety instructions, operating manuals, and procedures

· Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and attention to detail

· Good peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus control

· Experience in the wine industry is a plus

Available Shifts:

· Monday to Friday, with multiple shifts available:

o 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

o 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

o 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· Some overtime may be available

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
