Salary Range $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Description

Summary of Position:

Assists the clinical staff with the daily tasks to include ensuring the safety and welfare of all consumers, maintaining building safety and security, and providing general coverage and duties in support of the program's mission

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Must demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for individuals as indicated in our corporate vision, mission, and values statements.

Ability to read and write in order to perform agency required documentation.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the ASAM, Medical model, Recovery model and 12-step model of treatment.
  • Maintenance of a Driver's License and approval by NET's automotive insurance carrier
  • Obtain and maintain CPR, and first aid certifications.
  • Adhere to applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and regulations, NET's policies, DDAP licensure, and CARF standards
Qualifications
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in Addiction Recovery, Human Services/Behavioral Healthcare field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively problem-solve
  • Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an administrative/clerical capacity required
