Position Summary

Responsible for generating new business opportunities within a defined market while building and growing a personal book of business. This role is accountable for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, achieving annual production goals, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring direct sales execution, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to support organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Ownership

·       Own the development and execution of a personal sales plan aligned to annual production goals.

·       Build, manage, and grow a book of business within the defined market.

·       Act as a subject matter expert in insurance products and risk management solutions.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.

Hands-On Execution & Delivery

·       Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
