Job Overview
The Associate Site Director oversees the daily operations of the Family Success Center, ensuring all services align with prevention standards, family support principles, protective factors, and the FSC practice profile. This role builds and maintains strong community partnerships, supports collaboration around local needs, and ensures timely, accurate completion of required reports and documentation. As a leader within the organization, the Associate Site Director communicates effectively with leadership, educates staff on program and population needs, and models the agency's mission and core values in all activities.

Program Info
Family Success Centers are community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering places where community residents go for family support, interactive workshops, activities, and groups. Family Success Centers are beautiful spaces designed to bring the community together to build relationships, strengthen the community and the families in it. They are places where residents and volunteers share their time and talent to build community capacity and enrich the lives of community members, and make families and neighborhoods stronger. A variety of family friendly events take place each month. We offer fun and educational workshops and activities, connection to resources, and volunteer opportunities. All services are free and open to all families in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Family Success Centers ensuring that the standards for prevention, principles of family support, protective factors and the FSC practice profile are incorporated into all aspects of the Family Success Centers.
  • Create and maintain partnerships within the service area to collaborate on community needs and services.
  • Complete and submits accurate written reports and documents per established guidelines: weekly schedules, monthly perspectives, quarterly CQI and action plans, program progress reports, LOS for time off, other reports as required per program contract.
  • Communicate information to and from Leadership as appropriate and relevant.
  • Educate your team on issues impacting the program and the population the program serves.
  • Serve as a leader in the organization by demonstrating core values and interpreting the mission of the Agency in all activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, public administration, social work, etc.) required. Experience in community organizing, developing community partnerships, implementing evidence-based programs and project management.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working with and empowering at-risk youth and marginalized communities by conducting prevention education (e.g., substance abuse, pregnancy prevention, mental health, and wellbeing session, etc.) activities.
  • At least five (5) years' experience working in social service environment implementing evidenced based practice models; three (3) years of which shall be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.
  • Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.

Additional Information:
  • Base Rate: $48,000
  • Sign-on Bonus: $500
  • Bilingual rate: An additional $3,120 added to the base rate if Spanish proficient
  • Schedule: Day, some evenings some weekends M-F 9-5 Sat as needed
