Business Overview:
The Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Origination business specializes in structuring and issuing securities backed by a diverse range of assets. The team works closely with clients to tailor ABS solutions that meet their specific financing needs and risk profiles. The business also utilizes the Bank's balance sheet to extend loans backed by these assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize in-house models to structure ABS transactions across several asset classes indluding but not limited to; Auto, equipment, credit cards, unsecured consumer, solar, home improvement, rental car, fleet and digital infrastructure assets. Additionally, RMBS falls under this umbrella (non-QM and HELOCs)
  • Build and enhance internal tools and models
  • Perform structure and pricing tie-outs with accounts and other underwriters on the transaction documents.
  • Respon to client demads regarding structure proposals and enhacements.
  • Run stress testing group exposures

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering or another quantitative field
  • Strong command of Excel, IntexCalc, and Dealmaker. Knowledge of VBA and Intex's Scripting Language preferred
  • 7 + years of relevant work experience in ABS/RMBS execution
  • Prior ABS/RMBS transaction execution experience in lead structuring role capacity, preferred.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and ability to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Series 7 (or 79/ SIE) and 63 FINRA examinations

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $220,000 to $325,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
