About the Role

The Associate Digital Producer is responsible for supporting the production and launch of digital content and projects related to our Seasonal Campaign content for Banana Republic. This digital producer will be a tool guru and highly detail-oriented as they partner with cross-functional teams throughout the production of marketing projects. Being able to think through the customer journey holistically will be critical for success in this role.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee seasonal execution for digital content, and to support the Producer and Sr. Producer in problem solving, feasibility checks, and end to end project orchestration. These areas are critical initiatives to Banana Republic’s growth, and the ideal candidate for this role is resourceful, excels in change management and above all has a strong track record in managing multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.

What You'll Do
  • Support in key meetings & milestones owned by our team, capture feedback and action items, and partner with owners for follow-up and completion. 
  • Ensure project is launched on time and meets project requirements. Keep management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.) 
  • Work in content management tools to author and publish digital content to ecom web, as well as perform and track cross-functional QA in partnership with the Producer. 
  • Performs UAT/QA to ensure flawless execution across initiatives. Works closely with team in tracking and troubleshooting defects found; clearly communicates issues and the potential root cause; escalates issues and recommendations with an appropriate level of urgency.   
  • Responds quickly to change in scope or project schedule, communicating to management any impacts to the project across all marketing channels. 
  • Develops and maintains documentation, templates and tools to maintain a shared knowledge archive in support of the wider Digital Production team. 
  • Assists team on various projects to help improve the overall digital experience or enhance our internal tools. 
  • Assess processes and communication methods of delivery schedule and identify improvement areas. Work with Producer & Sr. Producer to implement change where needed. 
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about brand business processes and systems. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to improve overall effectiveness of processes 
  • Proactively and clearly communicates with cross-functional partners, accommodating change requests and questions, and delivering the content builds in a consistent and timely manner 
Who You Are
  • You understand digital production and release processes, including direct experience with site and email tools and technologies 
  • You are extremely detail oriented, with experience in managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects at any given time 
  • You have excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work across the organization 
  • Ability to self-manage and meet varying deadlines for multiple projects- organizational skills with the ability to manage time is a must 
  • Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting 
  • Ability to handle routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision yet displays flexibility in taking direction from team and co-workers  
  • Constant drive to gain additional knowledge to improve skillset 
  • Ability to remain poised in a fast-paced environment is essential 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 1-3 years of detailed task planning and execution experience 
  • 1-3 years of related digital/online/email experience with a strong preference for ecommerce

Salary Range: $117,700 - $153,000 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
