THE JOB

The Producer is a proactive project coordinator and emerging delivery lead responsible for supporting creative and strategic initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves planning timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating collaboration to ensure smooth project execution. The Producer also fosters the growth of production expertise within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. Key qualities include creative problem-solving, exceptional briefing skills, and a strong curiosity about the agency industry, client industries, and various disciplines such as e-commerce, branding, marketing, and technology.

AS A PERSON, YOU HAVE
  • Solid understanding of creative and digital workflows to streamline project processes.

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.

  • Familiar with project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, and Smartsheet to enhance workflow management.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

100% project execution

  • Support development of timelines, workback plans, and production briefs.

  • Track tasks, deliverables, and internal reviews across creative and strategic teams.

  • Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Creative and/or Technical Leads to keep work moving.

  • Proactively flags risks, blockers, and potential delays.

  • Documents meeting notes, action items, and status updates.

  • Support project leaders in resourcing, vendor coordination, and asset delivery.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or providing production support.

  • Experience working with an agency or creative team is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
