Job description

Bungie is seeking a Senior Producer, Multimedia to lead creative media production from intake to delivery. The Senior Producer will oversee projects across multiple mediums, including gameplay capture, art & design, video and livestream production. This role will drive alignment between Creative Leads, Brand & Marketing teams, external vendors, and finance stakeholders, ensuring projects are strategically scoped and delivered to AAA studio standards. The ideal candidate combines game industry expertise with a strong track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

This role reports to the Principal Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of multimedia content throughout the project pipeline, ensuring timely delivery across platforms, including short-form gameplay videos, GIFs, screen shots, composites, live action video, livestreams, etc.
  • Serve as production partner for studio stakeholders, creative leads, game development leads, and external vendors, building relationships and driving alignment across project goals, scope, timelines, approvals, and delivery
  • Maintain streamlined, proactive cross-team communications with partner teams, including legal, PR, finance, localization and game development teams
  • Evaluate project scope, hours, and costs with a critical eye toward efficiency, value, and stakeholder goals, including diligence on bids and external estimates
  • Manage project meetings, timelines and documentation, including production schedules, budgets, key milestones, and stakeholder reviews
  • Establish and refine production workflows, tools, and documentation to improve clarity and efficiency, driving toward a maximized sustainable output
  • Maintain assessment of creative team capacity and capabilities, scaling talent as needed to foster sustainability while meeting business needs

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience producing digital media, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industries
  • Proven track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on agile timelines
  • Demonstrated rigor in project tracking throughout asset lifespan, adhering to communication norms, transparent processes, and industry best practices
  • Strong business acumen, including experience with budgeting, scoping, tracking, and resource planning
  • Deep familiarity with video production pipelines, both gameplay and live action
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to speak in creative and operational contexts across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments with diplomacy and confidence
  • Must be a creative problem solver who is highly adaptable and solutions-driven
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Miro, and project management software such as Asana/Jira

Preferred skills:

  • Hands-on expertise producing live-action and/or livestream events
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
