About the job

The Applied AI & Modeling (AAIM) Division seeks a Sr. Associate DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality tools, services, and automation that improve the developer experience.

Join AAIM Engineering to build the paved roads that let AI ship: CI/CD pipelines, telemetry, automated testing, and reliability/compliance guardrails that teams adopt to move fast safely.
In this role, you’ll make immediate impact on developer productivity and delivery outcomes by strengthening the ModelOps platform that turns experiments into deployed, observable, scalable model products.

As a Sr. Associate DevOps Engineer, you will:   

  • Design, develop, and maintain software, libraries, services, and developer tools that improve product quality, engineering efficiency.
  • Provide customer support as needed.
  • Work closely with data scientists to resolve performance bottlenecks and infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure quality through functional, unit, and performance testing; work closely with model/agent developers by providing feedback for testing coverage in the CI/CD flow.
  • Work with AAIM engineering to research, develop, test and maintain tooling.
  • Coordinate with IT, security, and platform stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

Required qualifications 

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 years of software development/programming experience.
  • Experience in Python or other scripting language
